We thoroughly enjoyed our 1-night stay. the location is convenient in the heart of the city and exceeded all expectations. It's also very close to the river, trees, gardens, and the restaurant. the staff was excellent and friendly!

Plenty of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone. The guest room was comfortable with toiletries, coffee, tea. Location: the hotel was really close to the river, trees and gardens, and the restaurant.

The area is very charming and authentic, with beautiful scenery all around. The breakfast was okay and offered a good variety of options. the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The overall experience at this hotel left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming, and there were misunderstandings about the services and amenities offered.

The location by the river provides a nice atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. You can also take advantage of the comfortable rooms, with great extras like water, coffee, and toiletries. the staff is welcoming and the breakfast is satisfactory.
The hotel lacks air conditioning, which can make the rooms unbearably hot during hot weather.

The indoor pool was a great way to start the day, the spa facilities were a good bonus to the room price. Location was superb, with a river view adding to the serene atmosphere. Our room had plenty of space, with quality toiletries and equipment provided.
The language barrier was a problem, and we struggled to communicate with some of the staff. the grotty condition of some areas was off-putting, and there was no wifi provided.

The breakfast was also great, with plenty of options to choose from. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location by the river, and friendly staff were the best aspects of this stay.
